Short Summary:
The digital Customer Engagement Manager (dCEM) plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless adoption of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition through a modern digital engagement delivery model.
Responsibilities:
- Support the adoption and delivery of key strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to end-to-end project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation across delivery workflows and customer engagement processes.
- Support improvements that increase effectiveness and strengthen cross-team integration.
- Liaise with Partner Management teams to ensure alignment on expectations and facilitate issue resolution.
Requirement:
- Full-time Graduation or Master's university with good academic background.
- 5–7 years of overall SAP experience, with 2+ years in a customer-facing role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis, SAP S/4HANA, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Good project management skills and ability to support planning and execution of initiatives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with sound decision-making ability.
