About the Team
The Data Protection Cloud and Procedure Compliance (DP CPC) team works to assess, support, and guide data protection compliance activities across SAP cloud solutions. The team is international, with members located primarily in Brazil and Germany, and closely collaborates with stakeholders across all business areas of SAP.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized student to join the Data Protection team in our São Leopoldo office. This position is ideal for students looking to develop professional soft skills, gain practical knowledge of global privacy regulations, and contribute to high-visibility projects at a global scale.
You will support the team across process automation, project coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You’ll Do

Learn about data protection and how SAP addresses compliance globally, including practical knowledge of applicable regulations such as GDPR, LGPD, and other local privacy laws

Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and geographies

Contribute to team initiatives focused on continuous improvement

Help maintain and improve documentation, internal processes, and compliance platform materials

Explore and apply AI tools in day-to-day tasks, such as using generative AI assistants to support drafting communications, organizing information, and improving team workflows, while building knowledge in emerging AI-assisted ways of working
What You Bring

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at university

Able to work on-site in São Leopoldo, Brazil in a hybrid model

Motivation to work both independently and collaboratively in virtual, global teams

Ability to prioritize and organize daily activities according to deadlines

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have

Experience with tools like Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, Teams, or other collaborative platforms

Previous experience with data protection, project management and/or customer support

Curiosity about data protection and privacy regulations and compliance

Curiosity and basic familiarity with AI tools (such as generative AI assistants or AI-powered features) — no technical background required, just a growth mindset and openness to integrating AI into daily work
Work Experience
No previous work experience is required — we’re looking for students who are curious, proactive, and ready to grow.
