At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.
What you’ll build
In this role, you will contribute directly to IDM's (Intelligent Data Management) success - supporting a broad range of topics from strategic projects to day-to-day data services execution. Here is what that looks like in practice:
- Support product management activities, contributing to governance topics, helping shape how IDM's services and capabilities are defined, prioritized, and delivered to internal stakeholders
- Rotate across core topics and cross-team initiatives, gaining exposure to different areas of IDM's work and building a broad understanding of how the organisation operates end-to-end
- Contribute to go-to-market and cascading preparation, supporting alignment between IDM and the broader business
- Drive knowledge codification efforts, capturing and structuring operational know-how
- Monitor and improve data health across IDM's service domains, flagging issues and following through on fixes
- Work on live projects - including eGain and other priority IDM initiatives - with real ownership over your deliverables
- Actively use internal SAP AI tools as part of your day-to-day work - onboarding will be provided, but you will be expected to embrace these tools, explore their potential, and apply them meaningfully across your responsibilities
- Deliver against clear milestones, supported by structured mentoring and feedback as your scope grows over time
What you bring
- At least a bachelor's degree
- 3 years of relevant professional experience - business, data, technology, operations or similar are all welcome
- Clear thinking and strong communication skills in English
- Ownership mindset - you follow through on what you commit to without needing constant direction
- Fast learner - you adapt quickly, ask the right questions, and improve with feedback
- Collaborative by default - you contribute to team goals
- Genuine curiosity about AI -no need to be a technical expert, but you need to be willing to learn, experiment, and actively integrate AI tools into your work
- Experience in data governance, project coordination, providing data services - but not a requirement
Where you belong
IDM is a cross-functional team that values clarity, ownership, and continuous improvement. You will be mentored by experienced colleagues, collaborate across teams, and grow into a broader role over time. If you take initiative and care about the quality of your work, you will thrive here.
