Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional who will help shape the communication and activation strategy for Samsung’s own digital sales channels. In this role, you will combine creativity, data and customer insight to deliver engaging digital experiences, drive online sales and strengthen the Samsung brand across the consumer journey.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Building communication strategies and marketing tactics for Samsung’s own digital sales channels, including Samsung.pl e-commerce and closed-loop platforms, to support both brand awareness and sales growth.
Defining and developing creative standards for eStore communication in line with Samsung’s overall brand identity, while continuously improving content development processes.
Developing and executing multichannel digital strategies across paid media, social media, CRM and website content.
Planning and coordinating the production of digital assets for both onsite communication and performance marketing campaigns.
Contributing to e-commerce activation strategies, promotional mechanics, as well as the launch of new services and value propositions.
Improving the online consumer journey and path to purchase, and developing new initiatives to enhance conversion and overall customer experience.
Monitoring and reporting on performance, identifying optimization opportunities and continuously improving conversion, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Working closely on a daily basis with e-commerce, marketing, media, CRM and digital analytics teams, as well as external creative and web development agencies.

Skills and Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

At least 7 years of professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related area.
Strong understanding of the customer journey and the ability to plan content based on customer needs and behaviours.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive approach, strong ownership and a high sense of responsibility.
Data-driven mindset and well-developed analytical skills.
Very good command of English, at least upper-intermediate level (B2).
