Werden Sie Teil der Erfolgsgeschichte und starten Sie im Samsonite Store im Outlet Ochtrup als Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (38,5 Std/Woche) zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Umfassende Marken- und Store-Verantwortung
- Verkauf hochwertiger und exklusiver Kollektionen
- Kompetente und professionelle Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Kunden
- Erreichung der Umsatzziele sowie Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung
- Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Store Mitarbeiter
- Regelmäßige, proaktive, enge Feedbackprozesse mit dem Retail Manager
- Umgang mit dem Warenwirtschafts- und Kassensystem sowie Kassenverantwortung
- Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes
- Überwachung der Einhaltung betrieblicher Organisationsrichtlinien
- Umsetzung der Visual Merchandising Richtlinien und optimale Warenpräsentation
- Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen, organisatorischen Ablauf im Store
Qualifications
Anforderungen:
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel sowie Quereinsteiger, mit einem hohen Servicegedanken
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Gute betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse und die Fähigkeit Maßnahmen aus KPI zu entwickeln
- Unternehmerisches Denken und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbstbewusstes und positives Auftreten sowie Flexibilität
