Short Summary:
Samsara is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to scale systems, processes, and policies for the Mexico Sales organization. This individual contributor role involves leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with senior leaders to enhance business capabilities in the sales organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Manager to VP-level Sales Leadership across Mexico's Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments to optimize sales motion.
- Lead cross-functional programs focused on improving Mexico Sales outcomes, including process redesign and tooling enhancements.
- Intake, assess, and prioritize Sales-specific requests and process gaps based on business impact.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics to uncover inefficiencies within the seller workflow.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps teams to enhance automation and manage end-user communications.
- Own the annual account carve process for Mexico, including territory design and account distribution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for policy clarity and system enhancement requests.
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
Requirement:
- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations roles within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a top university; focus in business, finance, economics, or engineering preferred.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
- Proven ability to drive improvements in Sales workflows through project management.
- Advanced in Excel and Salesforce; proficient in sales tech stack tools.
- Strong organizational skills and business judgment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
