Short Summary:
As Lead AI Architect for GTM Systems, you will define the technical vision for AI-powered automation at Samsara, shaping the future of Go-To-Market systems through innovative architecture and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the technical vision for AI-powered GTM systems.
- Create and publish reference architectures and decision frameworks.
- Lead architectural design for complex GTM systems.
- Drive evaluation and adoption of emerging AI tools and frameworks.
- Serve as the technical authority on LLM orchestration.
- Own integration architecture strategy across GTM systems.
- Champion a scalable low-code-first strategy.
- Partner with VP-level stakeholders to translate business goals into architectural roadmaps.
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide structured feedback.
- Produce internal thought leadership materials.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade backend systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of Technical Lead experience.
- Experience building and deploying AI agents.
- Proficiency with LLM orchestration and agentic frameworks.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals (Python and/or Node.js).
- AWS experience.
- Strong communication skills for working with non-technical stakeholders.
