Short Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated Drywall & Paint Repair Mechanic to join our SageWater team in Oahu, Hawaii!
Responsibilities:
- Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied condos and apartments
- Perform paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes
- Install and remove dust and debris protection daily
- Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents
- Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
- Maintain, foster, and develop productive relationships with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Requirement:
- Requires 4+ years of drywall and painting experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Dependable full-time availability
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50-100 lbs., walk regularly, and climb steps occasionally
- Must be 18+, authorized to work in the US
