About ECCO and Code 3

ECCO and Code 3 are two well-known brands in safety and warning solutions. ECCO designs and manufactures vehicle safety products for commercial, construction, utility, and work-truck markets. Its lineup includes LED warning lights, back-up alarms, and other products that keep workers and the people around them safe. Code 3 is a trusted name in public safety, building emergency lighting, sirens, and controls for law enforcement, fire, and EMS. First responders count on these products when it matters most. Our products protect people on the road and on the job site. If you want your marketing work to support that mission, we’d like to hear from you.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to own and grow our digital presence across both brands. You’ll shape strategy and also execute it: building emails, managing the website, optimizing content for search, supporting Amazon, and creating the graphics that bring our products to life. You’ll work closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to drive engagement, revenue, and brand awareness.

What You’ll Do

  • CRM Strategy: Manage our CRM, build segmentation and automation workflows, and improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Email Campaigns: Design, build, and send email campaigns, from concept and copy through graphics, QA, and reporting.
  • Content Strategy: Plan and produce content that supports the buyer journey across channels.
  • SEO and AI SEO: Optimize our websites and content for traditional search and for emerging AI-driven search experiences.
  • Website Management and QA: Maintain our websites on the back end, including updates, new pages, and ongoing QA for functionality, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Amazon: Support and optimize our Amazon presence, including listings, content, and performance.
  • Graphic Design: Create on-brand marketing assets for web, email, social, Amazon, and product launches.
  • Analytics and ROI: Track, analyze, and report on campaign and channel performance, and turn the data into clear recommendations.
  • Product Launch Support: Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute launch campaigns and materials.
  • Video Editing (as needed): Assist with basic video editing to support campaigns and product content.
