From global live events to bespoke branded content, we exist to create meaningful connections between fans and the worlds they love. Our team brings deep expertise across partnership sales and marketing, talent management, event production, media, community building, and IP development.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a detail oriented and forward thinking Partnerships Graphic Designer to join our Partnerships Team and elevate how we develop, pitch, and deliver best in class partnerships for our ever growing list of agency & brand clients. This role sits at the heart of storytelling, creative design, and nuanced detailing to best represent RTS’s opportunities and ideas that improve our partnership efforts.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer with strong design fundamentals and a sharp visual sensibility to support the RTS creative team, with a primary focus on presentation and partnerships/sales materials.

This role will work closely with the RTS sales & partnerships team to design, refine, and maintain polished presentation decks used for sales meetings, pitches, proposals, and client-facing communications. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how typography, layout, composition, hierarchy, imagery, and visual consistency work together to communicate information clearly and persuasively.

Candidates will bring a strong design point of view and a high level of attention to detail to their work. You should be comfortable taking existing content and transforming it into a clean, compelling presentation, while also being able to work within established brand systems and templates.

You will also support Evo and other RTS creative needs, including templated graphics, digital assets, and other design production as needed.

This is an excellent opportunity for a designer looking to take the next step in their career who wants hands-on experience working at the intersection of design, sales, esports, and entertainment, while developing their skills across a range of creative projects.
