What You'll Do as a Marketing Coordinator

• Manage website updates, including copy, images, and content changes in WordPress.
• Coordinate with external web developers to communicate updates and keep website projects moving forward.
• Create professional marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and signage, to support the sales team and retail locations.
• Build and manage email campaigns, automated workflows, and customer journeys using Mailchimp.
• Organize photos, videos, and other digital marketing assets so they're easy for the sales team to access and use.
• Track marketing performance across digital platforms and prepare monthly reports that highlight results and opportunities.
• Collaborate with printing vendors, sales teams, and retail staff to coordinate marketing materials, merchandising, and displays.
• Oversee marketing project timelines and daily administrative tasks to keep campaigns organized and running smoothly.

Our Ideal Marketing Coordinator

• Marketing Experience: At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, sales support, or a relevant internship.
• Technical Skills: Experience using WordPress, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Highly Organized: A system-driven approach to managing marketing projects, digital assets, deadlines, and daily responsibilities.
• Detail-Oriented & Creative: An eye for design and accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistent branding across digital and printed materials.
• Clear Communicator & Team Player: Comfortable working with sales teams, external vendors, and web developers while managing multiple priorities.
