Middle Account Executive, North America

ABOUT ROOTSTOCK

Rootstock Software is a leading provider of native Cloud ERP on the Salesforce Platform. We empower manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain organizations to digitally transform their operations by delivering flexible, modern, and scalable ERP solutions. Our customers include some of the most innovative product-central companies across North America. We are the only ERP built natively on Salesforce, which means our customers run operations and CRM on one cloud platform rather than stitching a legacy ERP to their front office.

This is a remote position, based in the United States or Canada.
Please, no agencies/recruiters.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business across North America. In this individual contributor role you will own the full sales cycle, targeting mid-market to large enterprise companies in manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain. The role rewards a consultative, strategic seller who is comfortable teaching a buyer something they did not know and controlling a complex, multi-stakeholder evaluation. This is not a transactional product. Our buyers require education, business case development, and clear platform differentiation. We win by leading with insight.
