Short Summary:
Roo is seeking a Client Support Specialist to enhance user experiences for veterinarians, hospitals, and technicians on their veterinary staffing platform. This role requires working during client support hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Be a point-of-contact for customer inquiries via online support channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve first-line issues for users.
- Coordinate second-line/escalated issues with relevant departments.
- Document scenarios and share key learnings with the team.
- Maintain Hubspot for client communications and CS tickets.
- Coordinate with Finance and other departments for reconciliation and reporting.
Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in client/customer support, preferably in a start-up environment.
- Experience in the veterinary/animal healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with customer support tools/software.
- Flexible and driven to improve processes.
