Short Summary:
Rocket Pest Control is seeking a Termite Specialist to conduct inspections, apply treatments, and manage pest control strategies in a designated territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and pest-free environments.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain service schedules for all customers on assigned route, calling customers prior to their service.
- Inspect/Troubleshoot termite Sentricon systems and wildlife traps.
- Install wildlife and pest traps, apply caulks or other supplies to fill in gaps/holes.
- Provide liquid treatment for bed bugs and/or heat treatment applications.
- Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to improve skill level.
- Maintain assigned service vehicle, equipment, and tools in clean/good working condition.
Requirement:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license; must be at least 18 years old (ideal is 21 years old).
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and use a 32-foot ladder.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must pass a seven-year criminal background check and company drug screen.
