The Position The Opportunity As a Senior ERP Solution Architect, you will design business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions within complex, multi-solution contexts. You will use sophisticated analytical thought to lead technical teams, driving the technology roadmap and ensuring the evolution of our enterprise landscape. Design Robust ERP Architecture: You will design robust, standards-based ERP solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards across complex multi-product environments. Drive Problem Solving & Innovation: You will lead technical teams to solve complex architectural problems using sophisticated analytical thought, exercising judgment to deliver innovative solutions. Manage Landscape & Roadmaps: You will maintain the vision, technology roadmap, and current landscape for multiple interconnected ERP solutions, assessing impact on capabilities and risk. Define Data Models & Integration Pathways: You will create Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and complex Integration pathways across the product ecosystem. Establish Governance & Reference Standards: You will define reference architectures, manage Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and fitness functions, and ensure Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) are documented and published. Engage & Negotiate with Stakeholders: You will communicate difficult architectural concepts clearly and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to align perspectives across the complete product landscape. Lead Technology & Vendor Assessments: You will research, evaluate, pilot, and drive the adoption of new ERP technologies while managing technical debt and conducting vendor assessments. Who You Are You are a strategic, analytical thinker who excels at managing architectural interdependencies and building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups. Education & Experience: You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 7+ years of experience designing and implementing business-driven, standards-based solutions within a complex multi-product ERP environment (e.g., SAP). Technical Leadership Expert: You bring a proven track record of leading technical teams to solve complex architectural problems using analytical rigor and creative problem-solving. ERP Ecosystem Specialist: You demonstrate in-depth and expert-level knowledge across multiple ERP technology areas, integration platforms, and application landscapes. Data & Integration Modeler: You have strong capability in creating Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and establishing complex Integration pathways.
