Short Summary:
As a Custom Software Developer, you will take ownership of tasks, drive quality, and design complex software solutions. You will improve the software delivery process while addressing technical debt and architectural challenges, aligning efforts with global strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of tasks and drive small to medium initiatives.
- Provide expertise in Java Fullstack development, DevOps, IaC, or Application Infrastructure support.
- Act as a full Administrator for the Atlassian Suite, overseeing platform stability and configurations.
- Handle escalated tickets/issues and drive complex troubleshooting.
- Leverage Python and AI tools to streamline workflows and automate operations.
- Engage with end-users to translate feature requests into actionable plans.
- Provide end-to-end technical support and manage product changes.
- Play a pivotal role in the migration from Jira Data Center to Cloud.
- Champion best practices and foster collaboration within the team.
Requirement:
- Proven track record in an Engineer or DevOps/Platform Specialist role.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale Atlassian installations.
- Strong experience in handling escalated support for enterprise tools.
- Experience acting as a liaison between business end-users and Product Owners.
- Hands-on experience with Data Center to Cloud migrations is a plus.
- Proficiency in Java Fullstack development, DevOps practices, or SaaS platform administration.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian ecosystem administration.
- Proficient in Python for automation and scripting.
- Strong capability in troubleshooting and technical support.
- Good understanding of software operations and compliance best practices.
- Advanced English level is a must; any other language is welcomed.
