Short Summary:
Roche Digital Technology (RDT) is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design solutions that meet product requirements and business priorities, while managing non-functional requirements and evolving architecture throughout the product life cycle.

Responsibilities:
- Designs solutions that meet product requirements, business priorities, and enterprise standards.
- Manages Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) and fitness functions.
- Documents and evolves the architecture throughout the product life cycle.
- Leads others to solve complex problems and maintains the vision, roadmap, and current landscape for multiple solutions.
- Creates Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies, and Integration pathways for the product.
- Develops and maintains the product's technology roadmap.

Requirement:
- Demonstrated experience designing business-driven, standards-based, future-ready solutions.
- Proven track record of contributing to architecture practices development and mentoring others.
- In-depth knowledge in multiple technology areas (cloud, on premise, networking, MLOps, AI architecture, data architecture).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
