Short Summary:
Join Roche as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, and scale reliable distributed systems that power healthcare innovation worldwide. This role focuses on reliability, scalability, automation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain tools, scripts, and frameworks for automation and system management.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement high-performance solutions.
- Lead incident management and response, conducting root cause analyses.
- Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Conduct reliability reviews and design scalable architectures in AWS and Azure.
- Improve system resilience through automation and self-healing patterns.
- Participate in a structured 24/7 on-call rotation.

Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in site reliability engineering or software engineering with production on-call experience.
- Solid experience with AWS and/or Azure, including Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for automation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
