Short Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the current and future HPV product portfolio on the cobas® x800 family of instruments for the U.S. market. You will be the strategic lead for your portfolio, collaborating with global partners to shape current and future products based on U.S. market requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the HPV portfolio strategy, including marketing campaigns and launch management.
- Lead the annual operating plan for the business area and develop tactical initiatives.
- Provide support to the commercial sales team and evaluate performance using established metrics.
- Serve as an expert for HPV market, including segments, competitor analysis, trends, and customer needs.
- Engage regularly with customers and translate market research into strategy.
- Collaborate with the broader molecular team for cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Advise senior management on special projects, business challenges, and opportunities.

Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- 5 years of marketing, business, sales or related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop technical expertise in scientific products.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Prior healthcare experience and experience managing a diagnostic related portfolio.
