Short Summary:
As a team member of RSS, you will execute day-to-day activities in compliance with SOPs, support end users, manage contract record maintenance, and contribute to performance improvement at Roche.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize ticketing system for incoming requests and issues.
- Support end users and requesters on system-related questions and trainings.
- Liaison for process/system changes and ensure proper usage of the Repository tool.
- Manage contract record maintenance and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Create and review process documents, maintain SOPs, and deliver process training as requested.
Requirement:
- University or College Degree.
- 1-3 years of procurement operational or support experience.
- Experience in system support.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese.
- Analytical capability, good IT skills, and good Excel knowledge.
- Preferred: Experience in Shared Service or Customer Service Centre in a support function.
