The Position Deine Abteilung In der Abteilung „Compounding & Filling Small Scale Production“ leisten wir einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur globalen Gesundheit, indem wir hochwertige molekularbiologische Reagenzien und Testkomponenten für die Forschung und Medizin produzieren. Werde Teil unseres Teams und trage dazu bei, Patienten weltweit mit unseren diagnostischen Kits zu versorgen. Verantwortlichkeiten Als Teil unseres Produktionsteams leistest Du in dieser vielseitigen Position einen wertvollen Beitrag zur Herstellung unserer Diagnostik-Produkte: Produktion & Dokumentation: Du bereitest Produktionsansätze für die Herstellung und Abfüllung von Kit Komponenten vor, führst diese durch und überwachst sie eigenständig – inklusive Dokumentation im regulierten GMP-Umfeld. Analytik: Du führst analytische Tests (z. B. PCR, qPCR, pH-Messungen) durch und wertest diese aus. Anlagenmanagement: Du bedienst, steuerst und wartest Produktionsanlagen und bedienst die dazugehörigen IT-Systeme. Prozessoptimierung: Du wirkst aktiv bei Entwicklungs- und Transferprojekten, Validierungen, Qualifizierungen sowie bei der Fehlerbehebung (Troubleshooting) mit. Rundumblick: Von der Vor- und Nachbereitung über die Abfüllung bis hin zu allgemeinen organisatorischen Aufgaben unterstützt Du das Team tatkräftig. Das bringst Du mit Du arbeitest gewissenhaft, hast technisches Interesse und behältst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick. Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Bio-/Chemielaborant, Chemikant Erfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Produktionsumgebung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in molekularbiologischen Methoden. Expertise: Sicherer Umgang mit GMP-Richtlinien und Routine in gängigen EDV-Anwendungen. Persönlichkeit: Du zeichnest Dich durch technisches Geschick, Eigeninitiative und eine exakte Arbeitsweise aus. Teamgeist: Du schätzt eine teamorientierte Kommunikation und bringst eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mit. Einsatzbereitschaft: Du bringst die Bereitschaft für die Arbeit unter besonderen Hygienebedingungen (wie z. B. im Reinraum-Umfeld) mit. Diese Position ist auf 2 Jahre mit Sachgrund befristet.
