Short Summary:
As an ERP Solution Architect at Roche, you will lead the design and implementation of standards-based, future-ready EAM data solutions within a complex, multi-product context, driving the technological roadmap and seamless evolution of Roche’s enterprise landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design of robust ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA & MDG) and maintain the EAM product technology roadmap.
- Serve as the IT Expert for the SAP S/4HANA & MDG – EAM Data Global Template.
- Plan and support architecture enablers, define subsystem interfaces, and partner with the Troika to maintain Built-In Quality and the Continuous Delivery Pipeline.
- Support hands-on requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system configuration, and task distribution across functional IT teams.
- Communicate complex architectural concepts to diverse business audiences and mentor peers within the enterprise architecture community.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering, with 8+ years of experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Master Data and at least 2 end-to-end global implementations involving SAP S/4HANA EAM and SAP MDG.
- Expert-level skill in SAP MDG-EAM modules and cross-module integration.
- Proven track record of designing solutions in complex ERP environments.
- Collaborative mindset with exceptional communication and negotiation skills in fluent English.
