Short Summary:
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end (E2E) automated test suites.
- Verify that software implementations meet business and functional requirements.
- Review business and technical requirements to ensure consistency, completeness, and testability.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through to resolution.
- Suggest product and functionality improvements based on usability and quality standards.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure product stability and quality.
- Support regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues and improve development processes.
Requirement:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and quality control, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead QA role.
- Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing, including hands-on experience with automation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and regression suites for complex software systems.
- Strong track record of identifying, isolating, and documenting critical bugs and edge cases, with a reputation for meticulousness and attention to detail.
- Experience leading and mentoring QA teams and managing quality processes in Agile or hybrid development environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders and translate technical findings into business value.
- Proficiency with bug tracking and test management tools.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
