Short Summary:
Join Robinhood in building the future of finance as a Benchmarking & Market Research Strategy Intern. This role involves analyzing market mechanics and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities in the APAC region.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive industry benchmarking and competitive market research to identify untapped business opportunities and customer trends in Singapore.
- Research external brokerage activities, customer dynamics, and regulatory landscapes to inform strategic decisions for regional leadership.
- Leverage diverse data sources to construct actionable recaps of market opportunities.
- Work closely with regional leadership on strategic needs and ad hoc research requests.
- Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, and regional stakeholders to ensure research findings address business goals and compliance standards.
- Synthesize complex market data into executive-ready summaries and presentations.
Requirement:
- Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program (Bachelor's or equivalent) with an expected graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2028.
- Prior experience in college-level consulting, strategy projects, or analytical work.
- Proven self-starter mindset with the ability to drive results independently.
- Strong interest in financial services, brokerage platforms, and the APAC fintech landscape.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous information and synthesize it into clear recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to present insights to regional executive leadership.
- Coursework or prior exposure to market research, business strategy, finance, or related fields.
