- Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL) $169,000 - $199,000 USD

Short Summary:
Join Robinhood's Security Team as an Engineering Manager to lead the Insider Threat team, focused on protecting against internal threats to data and systems.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of security engineers and analysts to develop solutions for internal threats
- Set direction for infrastructure, process, and standards
- Provide expertise in threat hunting, incident response, forensics, and security analysis
- Build relationships with internal customers to enhance team impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to execute the Insider Threat roadmap
- Mentor team members and recruit top-tier talent
- Develop documentation of Insider Threat landscape

Requirement:
- 3 years+ of experience in engineering management
- 6+ years experience in insider threat/abuse domain
- Exceptional integrity and emotional intelligence
- Experience leading operational teams
- Experience delivering program status to executive leadership
