Robeco's Digital Marketing team, consisting of 12 colleagues, leads the global digital strategy and execution for the firm. This includes topics such as Data Analytics, Email, Social Media, Digital platforms and CRM, in close partnership with our local market teams worldwide. The team is responsible for driving commercial visibility and engagement for Robeco's investment capabilities, and is actively investing in new tools and ways of working — including AI and automation — to make marketing faster, smarter, and more scalable.  

Position & Requirements

As Innovation & Growth Marketing Manager, you will set the strategic direction and priorities for Robeco's global social media activity. You will ensure these channels work together to advance Marketing and business priorities, while enabling your team members to translate the strategy into campaigns, content and continuous optimization. You lead the paid search direction and performance, as well as the organic social media channels. You oversee the planning, audience targeting and budget allocation in partnership with your team and external agencies.

You will also drive the adoption of AI across Marketing and identify broader innovation opportunities that can improve effectiveness, speed and scalability. Working across global and local teams, you will turn promising ideas into practical pilots, build support for new ways of working and help scale the initiatives that create measurable value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead Robeco’s global social media and paid search strategy, aligning channel priorities, campaigns and investments with business and marketing objectives.
• Drive the performance of paid and organic social media, overseeing content, audience targeting, budget allocation, community engagement and cross-functional campaign execution.
• Continuously optimize channel effectiveness through KPI management, data analysis, testing and actionable recommendations that improve visibility, engagement and commercial impact.
• Champion AI adoption in Marketing, identifying high-value use cases, leading pilots, scaling successful solutions and ensuring compliance with governance and risk standards.
• Lead marketing innovation and team development by identifying emerging opportunities, evaluating new technologies, shaping the innovation roadmap and developing channel specialists to deliver results.

What You Bring:

• +12 years working experience in digital marketing, social media and marketing transformation

• Experience in managing teams and developing team members, clear priority setting and enabling high performance

• Interested in AI and emerging marketing technology, experience with change management

• Understanding of social platforms, paid search, organic social media, audience targeting, content distribution, paid media optimization, channel performance, global marketing operating models and social media agency delivery
