Your Responsibilities: Support the implementation and maintenance of software quality processes for NXP software products, ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and customer requirements, including CMMI, ISO 26262, Automotive SPICE, ISO/SAE 21434, and IATF 16949. Participate in work product reviews and support the collection of review evidence in accordance with defined quality and process requirements. Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting quality-related activities, including Quality Plans, Lessons Learned, Problem Resolution Management, Process Compliance Status, and Continuous Improvement Initiatives. Support process compliance assessments, internal audits, and external evaluations (e.g., ASPICE and CMMI), including the follow-up and tracking of identified actions. Contribute to process definition, tailoring, deployment, and continuous improvement activities across software development projects. Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of quality and process metrics, helping teams monitor project performance and compliance. Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to promote process awareness and drive quality excellence within projects. Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of quality-related documentation, guidelines, templates, and training materials. Your Team: The Secure Software IP team is a cross-located team with members distributed across multiple NXP sites. Both technical competency and attitude are important in our team, and you are expected to collaborate with local and global team members, to demonstrate independence in solving problems and agility in switching projects as per customer priorities, to be motivated by delivering results, to be assertive in supporting your assessments, and to be open on the challenges towards achieving the expected results. Your Profile: To be successful in this role you have to be: A Student of Electronics or Computer Science or equivalent; Motivated to learn and to contribute to the development of the quality measures in our projects ; Self-organized and able to identify, to prioritize and to schedule quality tasks ; Communicative person, curious to discover the quality engineering world ; Understand the content and process areas for one of the Software Models e.g. CMMI, ASPICE is a plus Able to work in teams, not individually; Fluent in English (speaking & writing). What can you expect Contract: 1 year contract, with the possibility of part time or full time working. Compensation: Besides a good salary, you will receive lunch vouchers and 25 vacation days.
