We're searching for a London-based, Head of Growth Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team, so that we can drive customer acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth across the UK and Ireland. The Head of Growth Marketing will lead multiple specialised teams to deliver impactful, data-driven demand generation strategies across digital channels to directly influence market expansion and revenue objectives.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• Lead multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels
• Consolidate annual go-to-market initiatives in order to translate functional strategies into actionable marketing plans for multiple teams
• Optimise campaign analytics and attribution models to enhance funnel conversion, pacing, and ROI across digital platforms
• Partner with sales, product, and solution marketing teams in order to deliver integrated demand generation campaigns with consistent messaging
• Adopt AI-driven automation and predictive analytics to improve personalisation, segmentation, and content optimisation

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in demand generation, growth marketing, digital marketing, revenue marketing, or a related B2B SaaS marketing discipline
• Proven success in people leadership, with a minimum of 3 years directly managing marketing professionals
• In-depth knowledge on how to consolidate and interpret market intelligence to reinforce annual revenue and pipeline targets
• Advanced proficiency in leveraging campaign analytics and attribution models to optimise marketing ROI and resource allocation
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven marketing automation and predictive insights to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Ability to commute to our London office on a hybrid basis, with regular travel to client and prospect sites
