RiskSeal is an innovative startup focused on providing cutting-edge risk management solutions in the fintech industry. We are looking for a Middle+ TechOps Engineer to oversee the smooth operation of our data collection and processing pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- RiskSeal data collection platform support & maintenance
- Configuration of new environments, clients, data sources
- Troubleshoot data harvesting issues
- Optimize system performance & minimize downtime of data collection algorithms
- Monitoring the state of integrations of data collection
- Take part in production deployments ensuring continuous operation and no customer impact
Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role in a data-intensive environment
- Experience working with automation tools, web data collection workflows
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL, ClickHouse, etc.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, LogChef, or similar
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and DevOps engineers
