Remote In-Country

You know the feeling when a clip stops your thumb. Now imagine doing that for two growing snow brands, every day, with the riders and the footage to back it up. That's the job. You’ll run TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts for Dope Snow and Montec. You decide what gets made, you make it, and you post it. And you know what lands on each platform, not just what fits each brand.

Who we are
Ridestore is a Swedish, self-funded, profitable company behind two snow outerwear brands: Dope Snow and Montec. Remote since 2014, one office in Gothenburg, a team spread across a few countries. We run lean on purpose. Fewer people mean better focus on the things that move the business. And by the way, we do not like titles, so the best idea wins, whoever brings it.

Why now?

One person per brand has handled both the rider relationships and the daily content until now. We're splitting that in two. Our rider team owns the relationships and gets the footage from them. You run the channels and turn that footage into content people share. Less chasing riders, more making things fly.

What you'll do

  • Build our TikTok strategy. We have an active account but no real plan for it, and that's the first thing you'll fix: what we post, why, how often, and what it should do for each brand. Then run every platform on its own terms. TikTok and Instagram have different crowds and different cultures. Some content works on both with the right edit, some only belong on one, and you'll know which. Instagram Stories are their own thing: a weekly back-and-forth with the community, asking questions and making content out of what comes back.

  • Post through the whole year, not just when there's snow. Jump on trends fast and keep the regular flow going at the same time. Test everything: formats, posting times, how often, what hooks. The channels change every month, so what worked last season is a hypothesis and not a rule. Challenge what everyone in the snow industry knows about social.

  • Use AI tools to edit and produce more than one person normally could. Not as a gimmick, as your daily setup.

  • Work with our awesome rider team on what to shoot and who to shoot with. They bring the footage and the people; you bring the eye for what belongs on someone's For You page.

What growth means here

Not follower count. We don't care much about it. We care whether people talk back: comments, shares, saves, duets, riders, and customers tagging us without being asked. That's what an active community looks like, and it's how we'll judge whether the channels are working. We're building something people want to be part of: an inviting snow community where a first-timer on the bunny slope and a park rat both feel at home. So if we post with consistency, try new things, get people talking, and the numbers take care of themselves.

Who we think you are

You're chronically online. You can tell which sound is about to blow up and which one's already dead, and why a clip that kills on TikTok can flop on Instagram. You've grown something on TikTok. Your own account, a brand's, a friend's, doesn't matter, but you can show it. You shoot and edit yourself, and you're as good at deciding what not to post as what to post. You ski or snowboard, or you've spent enough time around it to really know the culture. You're comfortable moving fast, and you don't need a meeting to start.

You'll of course have some help around you: a seasonal community crew handles the comment sections, the rider team handles the riders, and the performance team handles paid. Everything else on the channels is yours. Which means you're joining a marketing team that actually pushes things forward.

How we work

From anywhere, with enough overlap with CET to talk live when it matters. Digital work by default, synchronous and in-person when needed. A full-time capacity, probably as a consultant to begin with. If we both feel "yes, let’s do this for real!" after a few months, then we will talk about something permanent. Most travel is in the snow season, when we shoot and meet.

How to apply

Skip the cover letter. Send us a few pieces of content you're proudest of and tell us why it worked, in your own words. Then we'll talk about the work that makes you feel alive, give you a real piece of the job to try, and you'll meet the team. If it feels right for both of us, we start.
Come ride with us.
