Short Summary:
Revolut is seeking a Market Head for Private Banking to drive commercial and strategic agendas in France, focusing on building long-term client relationships and improving performance across Private Banking Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Owning aggregate net new money and assets under management growth across your market, against annual targets
- Supporting wider EEA expansion by sharing playbooks, coverage models, and lessons learned
- Building and leading a team of Private Banking Managers, overseeing their performance
- Setting the roadmap for coverage expansion and converting early-stage pipeline into tracked performance metrics
- Partnering closely with Compliance and Risk to manage local regulatory requirements
Requirement:
- 10+ years of senior performance in private banking, wealth management, or institutional client coverage
- Proven track record of managing managers and leading advisory operations
- Expertise in navigating local financial regulatory architectures and client protection protocols
- Fluency in English and French
- AMF certification
