What you’ll be doing

• Leveraging knowledge on market practice and trends to support business goals and ensure Revolut remains at the forefront of compensation and benefits issues
• Leading the annual benefit policy lifecycle, including vendor negotiation and internal implementation
• Providing end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support for the business, including benchmarking, survey submission, and salary reviews
• Reviewing and updating compensation and benefits-related procedures, policies, and data repositories
• Supporting the implementation of new compensation and benefits policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and compliance on a global basis
• Actively supporting other Compensation and Rewards team members on ad-hoc Rewards projects and initiatives

What you'll need

• 2+ years of relative corporate or consulting experience in Rewards or HR
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and data/information management skills
• The ability to address issues and devise solutions with creativity and innovation
• A collaborative attitude and to cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with internal colleagues and external clients
• Strong planning and project management skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• The ability to drive and sustain operational excellence and to develop controls
• A desire to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Nice to have

• Experience in a start-up, financial services, or the tech industry
• CIPD Qualification
• Experience working on an international team
• Working knowledge of local employment law and HR practices

Compensation range

• Poland: PLN8,700 - PLN9,700 gross monthly*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
