Middle Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager, CPQ at Revalize drives go-to-market strategy, positioning, and customer marketing for our configure-price-quote solutions, serving mid-market manufacturers who buy, configure, and deliver complex engineered products. This role combines product marketing, program management, and customer marketing skills to make sure every product initiative and customer relationship is positioned, launched, and supported effectively. You'll use AI-assisted tools to move faster from insight to launch, and act as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, driving cohesive storytelling from launch through renewal and expansion.

Key Responsibilities 

• Launches and programs: Lead launch planning and execution end to end, including launch briefs, campaign coordination, and enablement, partnering with Content, Design, Web/Digital, and Demand Generation to keep programs on message and on schedule.
• Positioning and messaging: Own the CPQ messaging and positioning framework, translating complex configure-price-quote capabilities into compelling narratives for technical and business buyers.
• GTM strategy: Partner with Product Management to define market opportunities, target segments, and differentiated value propositions, and adapt messaging and plans for regional markets with EMEA and other regional teams.
• Customer marketing: Design and run programs that drive upsell, expansion, and advocacy across the CPQ customer base, including building a customer reference program and a library of case studies.
• Market and competitive intelligence: Use market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to shape pricing and packaging recommendations, and present insights to Product Management and marketing leadership.
• AI and automation: Use AI and automation tools intentionally to improve how work gets done by identifying repeatable use cases, enhancing output quality, and continuing to drive business outcomes as tools evolve.

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing or relevant customer marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing messaging and positioning for a software product.
• Experience building or supporting customer reference and/or case study programs.
• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and sales enablement in a SaaS environment, with the initiative to use AI-assisted tools to work efficiently as they evolve.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred skills

• Experience with CPQ, PLM, or other manufacturing/engineering software.
• Familiarity with customer marketing or advocacy platforms and reference-management tools.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with a bias for action.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, PE-backed environment.
• Passionate about building durable customer relationships and community.
• AI-savvy and curious, comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day marketing work.

Revalize designates standard working hours as 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time (ET) for employees based in the United States and 08:00 to 17:00 Central European Time (CET) for employees operating within the EMEA region.

The compensation offered to the successful candidate will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s work experience, education and licenses, work-related training, key skills, the core duties of the role and its associated responsibilities, additional benefits offered, and the location where the work will be performed. This is a full-time, bonus eligible position.  Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a range. The listed compensation range represents our good faith estimate for this position and represents the range for new hire salaries across all U.S locations.
