Group Manager, Global Product Marketing - Diagnostics and Interoperability
Resmed is seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and highly collaborative Group Manager, Global Product Marketing - Diagnostics and Interoperability to lead go-to-market strategy and commercialization for a portfolio of digital solutions that enable diagnostics and healthcare data exchange across the healthcare ecosystem.
This role is responsible for accelerating adoption, scale, and commercial success of solutions that connect systems, streamline workflows, and help customers and partners derive value from data. The role will shape how Resmed brings interoperability and platform capabilities to market, including positioning, messaging, packaging, launch strategy, sales enablement, and adoption programs.
The ideal candidate brings deep product marketing expertise, strong healthcare technology domain knowledge, and a proven track record of bringing complex technical products to market. This leader will work across Product Management, Commercial, Business Development, Engineering, Clinical, and Regional Marketing teams to translate technical capability into compelling market value for customers, partners, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Leadership

Own global go-to-market strategy and execution for interoperability, connectivity, integration, API, and data platform solutions.

Lead development of positioning, messaging, value propositions, packaging, pricing inputs, launch planning, commercialization strategies, sales enablement, and post-launch adoption programs.

Personally lead and execute major product launches for high-priority connectivity and interoperability solutions.

Develop scalable go-to-market frameworks that can be adapted across markets, regions, and customer segments.
Interoperability & Ecosystem Solutions

Drive product marketing strategy for solutions that enable seamless data exchange across healthcare systems and partner ecosystems.

Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for diverse audiences, including provider organizations, health systems, commercial teams, and strategic partners.

Develop a deep understanding of stakeholder needs across physicians, HMEs, health systems, providers, payers, digital health companies, and technology partners.

Help define market opportunities, target segments, buyer needs, value propositions, packaging approaches, and commercialization models.

Contribute market and commercial perspective to decisions related to platform evolution, solution packaging, and monetization approaches.
Diagnostics Solutions

Lead the product marketing strategy and commercialization efforts for Resmed's diagnostics portfolio through direct leadership of a product marketing manager and close partnership with Product Management, Clinical, Commercial, and Regional teams.

Coach and develop product marketing talent focused on diagnostic workflow solutions, including sleep testing, diagnostic software platforms, and related digital services.

Ensure consistent positioning, messaging, launch planning, and adoption strategies across diagnostic solutions and connected care workflows.

Provide market and customer insights that help inform portfolio priorities, commercialization approaches, and customer engagement strategies.

Required Qualifications
Experience
-
10+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Product Management, or related roles.

Significant experience in healthcare technology, digital health, healthcare IT, enterprise software, SaaS, interoperability, data platforms, or connected care.

Demonstrated success bringing complex technical products or platforms to market.

Proven experience leading global product launches and commercialization efforts.
-
Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
-
Track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders in fast-moving, matrixed organizations.
Domain Expertise

Deep knowledge of healthcare interoperability, healthcare data exchange, APIs, integrations, and platform ecosystems.

Strong understanding of EMRs/EHRs, patient management systems, provider workflows, healthcare technology infrastructure, and connected care environments.

Experience translating technical capabilities into customer-facing value propositions for multiple stakeholder groups.

Familiarity with healthcare buyer dynamics, partnership-driven ecosystem models, and multi-stakeholder commercialization environments.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience marketing platform products, API-based products, connectivity solutions, or integration-heavy software in healthcare.

Experience working with strategic technology or ecosystem partners.

Familiarity with provider workflows, care coordination, remote monitoring, or other digitally enabled healthcare delivery models.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $155,000 - $233,000.
