Growth Marketing Specialist

As a Growth Marketing Specialist for the Requirements Portal team, you will own new-user acquisition channels. You will identify where hardware engineers already spend their time and test new ways to reach them, bringing more engineers into the product at a lower cost per acquisition (CPA).

You will oversee our paid media program, managed by our agency partner. You will also test new channels, including hardware engineering communities, sponsorships and marketing partnerships, organic social, review and comparison sites, and visibility in AI assistants and large language model (LLM) search.

This is a hands-on, senior individual contributor role. You will drive campaigns and build and run experiments, collaborating with team members. We expect you to take the initiative. Bring your own ideas for channels and tactics, test them with data, and help decide where we invest next.

You will report to the Sr. Mgr, Product Marketing for Requirements Portal and work closely with product marketing, technical content, the product growth team, and other internal Altium marketers and agency partners.
