Short Summary:
Remote is solving modern organizations’ biggest challenge – navigating global employment compliantly with ease. The Mobility team ensures employees transition smoothly across borders, adhering to local laws, and provides extensive immigration and relocation assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor assigned cases through effective utilization of case management and billing systems- Provide guidance for specific travel needs and counsel on the immigration process- Serve as a point of contact for business travel and sponsorship cases- Take ownership of senior-level escalations to support Mobility Specialists- Assist leadership in managing large projects- Regularly monitor the Mobility dashboard and communication channels- Seek and establish in-house immigration services- Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications- Mentor and support Mobility Specialists and Coordinators- Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and stakeholders- Ensure ongoing compliance with immigration law
Requirement:
- Licensed immigration lawyer in Germany- Extensive experience in immigration compliance or global mobility- Strong English writing/speaking skills- Automation/AI fluency- Ability to work in fast-paced remote environments
