Account Manager

🌎 About Us

At TeamSnap, we believe when the world connects through sports; the world becomes better. TeamSnap is a sports and communication platform dedicated to taking the work out of play in youth sports. We also believe our jobs should excite us, our teammates should support us and our bosses should inspire us. We empower our people to bring big ideas and tiny egos, landing us on Outside Magazine’s list of “Best Places to Work" and Built In’s “100 Best Remote-First Places to Work."

TeamSnap is seeking an Account Manager to own strategic relationships with our largest Sports Organization customers, driving retention, product adoption, and growth. This is a results-driven role built for someone who thrives on managing complex, high-value accounts through a consultative approach — not a high-volume, transactional book of business. Ideal candidates bring strong B2B relationship management skills, a consultative sales approach, and a collaborative mindset that makes the whole team better.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of our largest accounts, establishing strong relationships and hitting retention goals

• Run demos of TeamSnap platforms to show the value of new products or add-ons

• Use account and usage data to drive proactive outreach — building account plans, spotting risk or expansion signals before customers raise them, and communicating results

• Drive a value-based sales process, uncovering customer needs through deep discovery and customized demonstrations of the capabilities that solve them

• Manage your upsell pipeline to hit renewal and expansion targets across your portfolio

• Follow up on marketing-driven campaigns, turning outreach into your portfolio into real engagement — identifying challenges, educating customers, and creating growth opportunities

• Serve as the "Voice of the Customer" internally, escalating product feedback to ensure proper product prioritization

Important Qualities:

• Motivated — you get excited about exceeding retention and growth goals

• Strong business acumen — you understand our customers' goals and operations and how TeamSnap adds value

• A great listener — you can absorb a lot of customer feedback, and know how to turn it into action

• Resourceful — you take initiative but also ask for guidance when needed

• Customer focused — you have compassion and care for the customer experience

• Collaborative — you believe in "we" before "I" and love to celebrate wins together

What Will Set You Up For Success:

• 1-3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment

• A proven track record of hitting retention and expansion targets

• Experience managing complex, high-value accounts where relationship depth matters more than volume

• Ability to travel occasionally, including our annual company meeting, periodic sales team meetings, potential trade shows, and client visits

• Sports industry experience (preferred)
