Retail Media Manager (all genders)

MARKETPLACE MANAGEMENT: You support national and international brands in strategically developing their presence across various retail platforms and online marketplaces, such as dm, REWE, Rossmann, Tesco, and Sainsbury's. Your main focus will be on the German and UK markets.

MARKETPLACE CONSULTING: You analyze existing marketplace activities, identify growth opportunities, and develop data-driven strategies and recommendations for our clients. You actively contribute your knowledge of different platforms and their specific requirements.

DATA ANALYSIS & PERFORMANCE: You analyze extensive sales, product, and performance data, evaluate relevant KPIs, and derive actionable optimization measures. You identify trends and opportunities while translating complex data into meaningful insights.

COLLABORATION & COORDINATION: You work closely with our Key Account Management team and other internal departments to support the planning and execution of strategic marketplace projects. You take ownership of your responsibilities and contribute to the successful implementation of initiatives.

REPORTING & PRESENTATION: You create insightful analyses, reports, and presentations, communicating your findings and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: A degree in Business Administration, Management, E-Commerce, or a related field is a plus. You also bring relevant practical experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, or Consulting and are familiar with the processes and requirements of digital retail platforms.

MARKETPLACE EXPERTISE: You have hands-on experience working with online marketplaces and understand their key success factors. Ideally, you have already worked with retail platforms such as dm, REWE, Rossmann, Tesco, or Sainsbury's. Experience with other marketplaces is also welcome.

ANALYTICAL THINKING: You have strong analytical skills, feel confident working with large datasets, and know how to turn complex data into actionable recommendations. You are highly proficient in Excel and take a structured, data-driven approach to your work. Hands-on experience with Skai, Criteo (or NielsenIQ, Unlimitail) or a similar platform is a plus.

COMMUNICATION: You can clearly communicate complex topics and confidently present your findings. You interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders and have excellent German and English communication skills.

ORGANIZATION & MOTIVATION: You work independently, stay organized, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You enjoy taking ownership and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You are also willing and legally able to travel to the UK for occasional business meetings.
