This team works to support current business case activities with our Claims, Underwriting, Commercial Lines, and Personal Lines focused teams. We also partner with our Product and Vertical teams to innovate and bring to market new solutions for our customers. By taking a consultative approach, our team is passionate about solving insurance industry problems utilizing our entire suite of solutions to maximize the end consumer experience throughout the lifecycle of their engagement with our customers.

About the job:

The Platform Sales Executive is responsible for developing and growing a pipeline to capture new business, while also supporting our other sales teams as subject matter experts.  You will drive all stages of the sales lifecycle; from the identification of potential opportunity and requirements gathering, through to the negotiation of large enterprise contracts.

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Building new prospect leads and guiding them through the sales cycle to attract new customers and expand engagement with current customers.
• Forecasting and delivering revenue targets. Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships with senior level stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our Platform and Enterprise Solutions.
• Strategic and consultative business development - listening to our customers' motivations, needs and pain points. Driving and facilitating initial scoping, proposition discovery and solutioning sessions with customers.
• Working with our Solutions and Product teams to define creative solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Developing quotes, proposals and contracts for prospective customers. Negotiating contract renewals, restructuring commercial deals and selling new transformative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Platform SaaS solution and Enterprise sales experience. Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Excellent ability to structure complex deals with multiple components (Implementation, consumption tiers, term, languages, modules, etc).
• Possess a highly consultative approach to sales, understanding of our value proposition and are able to adapt it to the needs of a prospect.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.



U.S. National Base Pay Range: $131,100 - $243,600. Total Target Cash Range: $201,900 - $375,100. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
