Job Description and RequirementsWHAT YOU’LL DODesign, build, and operate scalable, secure, and reliable platform services and developer tooling using . NET and Microsoft AzureLead the development of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) components to automate and standardize cloud infrastructureDrive adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD automation across engineering teamsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to build reusable capabilities that improve development speed and consistencyIntegrate observability, performance monitoring, and self-service tooling into the platform ecosystemMentor and support engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharingProactively identify improvement areas, experiment with solutions, and deliver results with a bias toward actionContribute to initiatives that embed AI/ML into platform services and developer workflowsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORRequired5+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and the . This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values:208 000 and 312 000PLNThe final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
