Company Perks

Ownership culture: We hire self-motivated people who love what they do and don’t need to be micromanaged. Everyone owns their work — and a piece of the company.
Flexible work, real balance: Unlimited time off and flexible hours. We trust you to manage your own time and energy.
Fully remote, but IRL believers: We’re a remote-first team that still believes in the magic of being together. We’re moving toward a hybrid model anchored around our NYC office — with quarterly team retreats to connect, align, and create a little chaos together.
Health coverage: Full health insurance for all full-time employees.
Minimal meetings: We’re proudly anti-meeting. Just a Monday department sync — otherwise, meetings happen only when needed.
Aligned incentives: Competitive salary plus meaningful equity. We build best when we all have skin in the game.

What is RekTech?

RekTech is reinventing gambling for the internet generation through a number of sub-brands, the first of which is Our 13-person team has spent the last four years building over 40 original games, and now we’re bringing the magic of video games—the energy, the community, the thrill—into gambling. That means fast-paced game formats, multiplayer, characters, loot boxes, and live streaming to blur the line between casinos, gaming and social networks. Our goal: to build the most exciting place online to play, compete, and win big.

We know what you’re thinking: gambling is a toxic industry. And it is—and that’s exactly why it needs to be disrupted. People are always going to gamble, which means the only real choice is what kind of company they gamble with. We’re here to build the alternative: games that are mathematically provably fair, real guardrails around addiction, and formats that are social and fun with multiplayer and streaming. We’re out to prove that even the darkest industries can be rebuilt the right way.
