Short Summary:
The Assistant Manager is a hourly employee whose primary function is the operation and supervision of a theatre and its employees, acting as a representative to Regal in alignment with the mission statement and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising employees and managing receipts
- Upholding and administering all theatre policies
- Training, developing, coaching, and supervising non-management employees
- Operating all projection and audio-visual equipment
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and performing projection/AV duties
- Monitoring risk management related to employee and patron safety
- Counting, depositing, and reconciling all receipts
- Marketing and promotions of feature film engagements
Requirement:
- At least three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program
- Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol if applicable
- Good public speaking skills and effective communication in oral and written form
- Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
