Recruitment Consultant – Scientific Sector

📍 Location: Reed Cambridge – Scientific, Unit 7, CC7, 8 Clifton Ct, Clifton Rd, Cambridge CB1 7BN
🏠 Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home (post-induction)
💰 Salary: £26,000 – £34,000 (DOE) + uncapped bonus
🕒 Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday
📄 Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing:

Use your business development, sales, and marketing skills to grow and nurture relationships with client companies.

🔹 Candidate Attraction & Engagement
Craft compelling job ads, headhunt, network, and leverage social media to find top talent. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure the perfect match.

🔹 Business Development
Drive growth by identifying and onboarding new clients, expanding our reach in the scientific sector.
