Senior SMM Manager

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in SMM (IT, Marketing preferably); - Proficiency in working with SMM analytical tools; - High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail; - Strong visual awareness, knowledge of current trends and tools in social media, and the ability to easily navigate and track content trends; - Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a team; - Deep understanding of audience behavior and engagement mechanics; - Ability to develop strategies and independently manage projects. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media content plan aligned with the SMM strategy and overall marketing goals; - Create and manage content, including expert-level texts that highlight product and industry knowledge; - Adapt content to suit the specifics of each platform and target audience; - Track and analyze SMM metrics, competitor data, and ad campaign effectiveness to optimize performance; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, PR, marketing) to create cohesive content; - Stay up-to-date with the latest SMM trends, news, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the iGaming industry; - Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations that showcase achieved KPIs.
