Senior SMM Manager

RedCore is an international business group that creates technological solutions for digital markets. Our products and services cover fintech, marketing, e-commerce, customer service, communications and regulatory technologies. We are looking for a Senior SMM Manager to join our team! Requirements: - 3+ years of SMM experience, preferably digital-first industries; - Proven experience developing and executing SMM strategies aligned with business goals; - Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing, community management, and audience growth; - Experience with analytics, attribution, customer journeys, and growth experimentation; - Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities: - Develop and own the SMM strategy, including KPIs, OKRs, and roadmap; - Build and optimize social media customer journeys and conversion funnels; - Launch and scale new social platforms, formats, and audience growth initiatives; - Generate, prioritize, and validate growth hypotheses using structured frameworks; - Establish analytics, attribution, UGC, and community management systems; - Define and evolve the brand’s tone of voice, content standards, and editorial guidelines; - Manage audience research, brand reputation, and crisis communication activities; - Present performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
