About the role:

Retail Media is one of the fastest-growing areas at Redcare Pharmacy. To support its continued development, we are looking for an analytically strong and strategically minded professional with solid experience in Retail Media, Performance Marketing or Programmatic Advertising.

The role is centred on using data intelligently rather than building technical data solutions. You will connect campaign, market, category and e-commerce data, identify the developments that matter and turn your findings into clear recommendations for growth, performance and manufacturer partnerships.

Working closely with Sales, Campaign Management, Retail Media and Data teams, you will develop insights that create real value in manufacturer conversations, business reviews and strategic decisions.

Dedicated Data and BI experts will support complex data preparation, dashboard development and technical implementation. At the same time, you will bring sufficient understanding of data, KPIs and analytical tools to define requirements, challenge results and lead analytics projects from a business perspective.
