Short Summary:
As DevSecOps Lead, you will build and operate the delivery platform for a new AI-enabled program in a government cloud environment, focusing on CI/CD pipeline, infrastructure, and security controls. This role requires hands-on involvement and leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Own the initial platform deployment into the government IL-5 environment.
- Build and prove the pipeline and infrastructure as code.
- Own the CI/CD pipeline end to end, including security analysis and software composition analysis.
- Make architecture calls for the delivery platform and design for zero-downtime deployment.
- Implement security controls from week one and produce continuous control evidence.
- Own the release cadence and establish delivery metrics.
- Direct a small group of platform, cloud, and DevOps engineers.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of DevOps and DevSecOps engineering experience.
- 3+ years working in DoW or federal cloud environments at IL-4 or IL-5.
- Hands-on experience with containers, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD tooling.
- Direct experience supporting an ATO, cATO, or equivalent authorization.
- Active US Secret clearance required.
