Technical Solutions Engineer

We're seeking a versatile Engineering Generalist who thrives at solving problems across software, data, reporting, integrations, and enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a strong technical professional who can quickly learn unfamiliar systems, leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate troubleshooting and delivery, and contribute across data engineering, application support, analytics, and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support applications, data platforms, integrations, reporting solutions, and internal business systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, SQL-based analytics, and Power BI reporting environments
• Utilize AI-assisted tools for code analysis, debugging, documentation, testing, and technical problem solving while validating outputs for quality and accuracy
• Develop and support solutions using technologies such as Python, C#, SQL, and PowerShell
• Support Azure environments, APIs, DevOps pipelines, Salesforce platforms, and enterprise applications
• Investigate incidents, analyze logs and data flows, resolve technical issues, and document solutions
• Participate in deployments, release management, testing, and change control processes
• Create technical documentation, runbooks, support guides, and knowledge articles
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, systems analysis, technical operations, DevOps, or related technical roles
• Strong troubleshooting and systems analysis skills across multiple technologies and platforms
• Hands-on experience with Python, C#, SQL, PowerShell, or similar technologies
• Strong SQL skills with experience supporting data warehouses, data pipelines, and analytics environments
• Experience supporting Power BI, reporting platforms, ETL/ELT processes, APIs, and integrations
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar source control and workflow tools
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, debugging, documentation, analysis, and software delivery
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently on complex technical issues

• Azure cloud platforms and infrastructure
• Data warehousing, analytics engineering, and business intelligence solutions
• Power BI development and support
• Salesforce administration or development
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Experience in financial services, lending, or other regulated industries
