Title: Social Media Content Coordinator

Location: Remote

Delivering consistent visual and written digital touchpoints for an established reproductive health and wellness practice, this contract role drives candidate and audience engagement across core social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok). Working approximately 3 hours per week, the independent contractor will be responsible for translating subject-matter insights into accessible, high-standard digital collateral. The focus centres on delivering ready-to-publish assets that support digital reach and maintain brand voice within a specialist healthcare environment. Expected Outcomes:

• Timely generation and scheduling of polished visual and written assets primarily across Instagram and Facebook.
• Efficient adoption of AI tooling to research, draft, and refine audience-appropriate messaging.
• Delivery of professional graphic designs aligned with brand identity using designated design tools. Key Responsibilities - Produce engaging, informative written copy and visual assets tailored for Instagram and Facebook.
• Leverage Canva to design cohesive, on-brand digital collateral and promotional imagery.
• Utilise AI platforms—with a strong preference for Claude—to support structured copywriting, content ideation, and workflow optimisation.
• Deliver all monthly social deliverables within the allocated 3-hour weekly retainer window. Requirements A minimum of 3 years social media management / digital advertising experience is a minimum requirement An understanding of the fertility industry or prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector. Working knowledge of CANVA is essential Working knowledge of Claude preferable or related AI copywriting tools
