Short Summary:
Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Director, Programmatic to manage digital media campaigns across key accounts, ensuring alignment with client KPIs and business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead tactical strategy, planning, execution, optimization, and management of programmatic and digital media campaigns.
- Manage campaign setup, QA, launch, maintenance, pacing, targeting, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Ensure timely activation of campaigns aligned with media plans and optimized for client objectives.
- Serve as the primary activation lead for internal teams, providing clear communication and project management.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and recommend optimizations.
- Develop client-facing and internal deliverables, including performance recaps and reporting materials.
- Partner with various teams to ensure campaign needs are met and executed smoothly.
- Manage vendor relationships and support product trials and ad technology partnerships.
- Oversee creative QA, campaign taxonomy, tracking requirements, and billing.
- Maintain operational processes and best practices to drive client satisfaction and team efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members while establishing clear roles and responsibilities.
- Stay current on industry trends and programmatic best practices.
Requirement:
- 5-7+ years of experience in digital media buying, trading, or campaign management.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on programmatic experience.
- Strong understanding of digital media channels and advanced knowledge of buying platforms.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
